At Urban Threads, we want you to love your home decor, but if a piece doesn't fit your space perfectly, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Package with Care

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely and undamaged.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your drop-off receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
